FL Switch 2008 With Profinet S2 Redundancy
Dear All,
We are working on one project where we have offered Emerson RX3i CPL410 (IC695CPL410) based Redundant System. As per customer's requirement there are total four nos. of IO Node (With Emerson Versamax Profinet Scanner IC200PNS001) and 24 Nos. of VFDs (L&T make Flexi Series FX2000 With Profinet Card LTCI-PFN-F) having Profinet MRP Support ( No System Redundancy Support
).
While working on the system , We came to know that VFDs doesn't have support of System Redundancy. In that case what can be the best possible solution to over come this issue by using profinet enabled managed switch (FL SWITCH 2000). We need to put VFDs in Ring network and they should work when the Primary Controller switchover to secondary and vice-versa. I am attaching offered system architecture for your reference.
How to use Phoenix FL Switch 2000 (Order NO. 2702327) to resolve this issue??
Need your help for the same.
