Reset BTP 2070W to Factory Settings

Hello,

I want to restore my HMI to factory settings, but the password has been changed from the default (+-+-) and I don't have this new password so I cannot access any of the settings other than "Basic Settings" and "Information". Is there a way to update the firmware or reset the password?

    Additionally, when trying to upload the new firmware from Visu+ 2.54m I get the following error.
