Good day,

I use a WP 6101-WXPS - Web panel and open a PDF file (HMI support file) with a button from my overview.

It works well but I can not find a way to close the PDF on the HMI again. There is no way to close/exit the document.

Any tips/tricks?

    Hello!

    As I remember, there is special area on the hmi screen (top of the screen), if press and hold it for a while, it will bring you to the default screen, or even to settings menu...

    I have seen that a tried a few things. You can swipe down (slowly) if you have more than one url configured otherwise not. Then it is possible to switch to another/same address url, but if you open the PDF on the other uls then you stuck again with the same PDF oped twice.

    But you steered me in the right direction ;)

    When you use the pop-up navigation buttons (hold your finger on bottom left/right corner), it is possible to go to previous viewed page and thereby exit the PDF. I you press on the "Home" button, you go to the configuration of the panel and have to restart the panel, which is maybe not ideal for an operator. But it is password protected.
