The Proficloud service is not reachable.
Hello,
I've got problem with one of my AXC F 2152.
On that AXC there was installed solution app (Pump station) from PLCnext Store. Now I want to uninstall that app (I know I should do that from PLCnext Store website), but it seems that AXC have got some problem with connection to Proficloud.
The controller is connected to the Internet and I can ping www.proficloud.net
Do you have any suggestions hot fo fix this status?

In my case date&time wasn´t ok...
Today there is some progres, because "The Proficloud is reachable and available.", but Proficloud Connection State remains at "Connecting" state.
So I still can't uninstall that PLCnex Store app.
I had a similar problem when I updated the PLC firmware.
