Retrieving device from an unknown proficloud account

I got one AXC F 2152 which is registered in an unknown account. Is there any way to know the details of the account, the device got registered or any possibility of detaching the device from the registered account?

    Hey,

    you will have to contact support / after sales directly (not in the forum here) and verrify that the device is realy yours and yours only.

    If you did that we can free the UUID.
