Proficloud connection problem
Hey,
For last 2 days we are not able to connect AXC F 2152 to proficloud. Tried with multiple controllers and multiple accounts.....but no positive result and its just showing connecting in WBM. What could be the possible reason?

Can you ping external DNS names from the command line of the PLC (using PuTTY or ssh)?
For example:

did you do a firmware update?
If yes this could be the issue. You have to reset the regtoken as it is described in the Store FAQ:

Thank you very much for your valuable support in time. We updated the hardware, but date & time was not updated/synchronized. So we synchronized the same using PLCnext engineer and its working fine now
