Proficloud New Account replacing Old Account issues
Dear All good afternoon,
I've just delete my accout itcf01 because I met some issues on the Appstore registration.
I create a newone account named fcorti, with the same e-mail (fcorti@phoenixcontact.combut I was NOT ABLE to :
- ADD the previous AXCF2152 UUID XXXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX-->"Bad Request-Creating the appliance failed -the appliance already exists"
NOTE: I've just deleted my previous account, everything must be deleted and disconneted with it.
- Enter into APPSTORE with new fcorti accout --> it shows me white page with Logging in.. message on top and Refresh below but iit is freezed
What I have to do ?
Is it a time delay to delete everything to itcf01 old account?

Hi,
If you want to delete an account, please make sure all appliances have been removed from the solutions and that the ownership has been released:
proficloud -> MyAppliances -> select an UUID -> Release Ownership
