Hello,
I get this error (Internal Server Error - "Internal server error - Please contact an administrator.") when trying to create a new appliance at Proficloud. Any ideas of why is this happening?
Thanks.

Hello,
In the Web Based Management (WBM) console, can you please check that you have Proficloud enabled, and the "Proficloud TSD" check box is ticked, and the PLC is Online to the Proficloud?

Thanks Martin. The Proficloud is now reachable. Now I have to deregister this device. How long does it take to do so?

However, I am discussing the enrollment and dis einrollment of the devices to the proficloud with the developers in order to improve it in the next version.
