limit of variables to upload to proficloud with plcnext

One of my clients bought plcnext equipment to upload 500 variables to proficloud, but it has only managed to raise 267 since from 268 onwards it has not been possible, it has tried in several ways but the result is the same. The query is whether plcnext is limited to upload variables to proficloud or free proficloud has variable limitations or perhaps another reason we do not know. We understand that there are no limitations to upload variables in proficloud so I would appreciate it if you could help clarify this information to carry out this project.

    Hi Milton,

    I have been told that there is no coded limit in the FW to limit the ammount of variables. And we have done also tests with more than 500 variables in the past. However, I will check ist also again with the newest FW. Which version are you using?

    Hi Milton,

    I made a project with PLCnext Engineer using 300 INT Variables connected to the proficloud and each was sending data to it. 

    At first I used a UMTS modem to connect the device to the internet and then I had some issues, because it needed too much time to send all data -> I got a timeout.

    Then I plugged the device directely to the local router and then all values were transmitted correctly to the proficloud. So, the more variables you want to transfer, the better connection you need. Or you can also try to change the sending and sampling rate in the configuration file on the PLC: 

    etc/plcnext/device/Services/ProfiCloud/proficloud.settings.json
