"Internal server error - Please contact an administrator."

Hi,

When I try to create a device in ProfiCloud, I get an "Internal server error - Please contact an administrator". I have successfully entered the UUID and the PLC is not registered.

    Can you ping 8.8.8.8 from PuTTY? You may not be able to connect to the internet with your current network configuration.

    seems that you have connection to the internet, because is says "Proficloud is reacheable and available". Could you send me the first 5 digits the your UUID, so that I can do some investigations?
