Invalid safety seal for the POU, under compile
Hello
I have installed PC Worx Engineer 7.2.1, on 2 computers with Win 10, Release 1709. I'm running on trial license, and when i want to compile the project i get the Error:
Code: SLP00003 Description: Invalid safety seal for the POU 'UDINT_TO_SAFEUDINT' in the Safety Libary IEC 61131-3....
I have installed on a brand new computer with no other software installed, with the same result.
I have tryed to compile/build/rebuild the demo project, with the same result?
What to do now?

I found a solution. If i deleted the safety libary from C:\Program Files (x86)\Phoenix Contact\PC Worx Engineer 7.2\DefaultLibraries then it could build with out Errors.

Hello Emil,
okay this is the first time I hear of this bug.
Wich project exactly are you trying to compile?
Do you have PC Worx Engineer Build 3.11.104.0 ?
I am not able to reproduce this.
Can you upload the Library you deleted , the project and some system information collected with msinfo32?
press Windows + R
type msinfo32 and press enter
copy all items from the systemoverview.
You can upload a zip here for example:

Here is a Video of the problem https://youtu.be/OjnvLWKI7nM
In the video i try to compile a sample project, a blank project, a sample hmi project, and a new with and with out plc.
Same result. when i delete the safety file at last, it worked fine.
I have now tryed at 7 different computers + 1 virtuel. all. with same problem. ?
The programming software are downloaded yesterday from Phoenix contact Eshop in DK and Germany.
I have uploaded a project and the libary to your server.

Hey Emil,
could it be that on your PCs an Early Adopter Version of PC Worx Engineer was installed and that this version was not deinstalled before you switched to the release?
I noticed that this library does not get installed when I install the same Software you have.
I guess something went wrong during the installation because of a previous Beta Version
1) Try deinstalling PC Worx engineer
2) delete the Documents/PC Worx Engineer Folder
3) delete the C:// ProgramData/PHOENIX CONTACT/PC Worx Enginer** Folders.
4) install PC Worx engineer 7.2.1 again.
Hello
I have tryed to uninstall and delete folders, and installed a version from Eduard Münz, on fastviewer support, and the problem is still the same.
I haven't found other solution for this problem, than delete the safety libary.
I have spoked to Dan Moeller from Automation support in Denmark, but he have the same safety libary, but no fault on his computers.?
I really can't find the problem. I have tryed 8 different computers now, and it's all the same problem.

Hello Emil,
we are currently working on a fix for this issue.
Apparently it is an issue caused by the danish Windows Version.
This has been forwarded to the development and will be fixed in the next releases.
