D-LED flashing on a Starter Kit

Hi,

On my PLCNext starter kit running on "HW: 02 FW: 2020.0.1 LTS" my D LED is flashing red so something is wrong with the Bus.

I created a new project added the "AXL F DI8/1 DO8/1 1H" and the "AXL F AI2 AO2 1H Rev. >= 02/1.00" and uploaded this config to the PLC.

On the IO cards the D LED is off, only the UA is green.

Then the D LED flashes red so something is wrong.

 

Below is my Output.log file can some one tell me what is wrong or did I get an DOA?

    Hello,
    this looks like something is wrong with the configuration.

    Please have a look at the Web Based Management of your PLC for detailed diagnostic information.
    "ip.x.x.x/wbm" -> Diagnostics -> Localbus

    Or check out the Axioline Diagnose Registers in your Global Variables with the PLCnext Engineer Debug mode.

    Hey,
    the 0x0a2F looks like no Device is connected.
    please check the powersupply and the mounting of your IO devices.
    you can remove them and mount them again. 
    Make sure all the pins are straight  and the device is mounted tightly.

    What happens if you download another configuration?

    This could either be caused by a wrong Config file (TIC file) or that the devices are not properly connected.

    Pulled AXC 2151, the input card 2701916, the anolog input 2702072 from the staterkit board.

    All the pins are straight and not bent.

    What do you mean with "What happens if you download another configuration?" I only have the digital and analog card in the starter kit.

    Bare in mind  I am a newbie just starting with the startkit.

    a pin on the bus connector was bent and caused the error message?

    The connector is realy fragile the same on the IO modules and one pin bending could happen a lot I think.

    Some quality testing before shipping out the Startkit could also be done I think.

    Hello,
    sorry for this.
    If assembled correctly this should not happen.
    Mount the adapter on the DIN Rail and push it together.

    That way this can not happen...

    We are going to check the shipping and test protocols.
    Please send the StarterKit back to us through your local sales subsidiary for replacement.
