Demo license
I'm having troubles with demo licenses. I'm in the middle of a customers' technical workshop and had requested to them to download and install PCWorx Engineer on their machines. After some hours working, PCWorx cannot be accessed anymore for one of them and below is the event log got from Code Meter license service for analysis.
What can be done to solve this issue in order to keep alive this customer in this event and get back his demo license?
Moreover, what happened with his license?
PS.: The software was installed less than 5 days ago and its license cannot be expired

Is there a full log you can provide, including the installation/setup from codemeter, 5 days ago (to check the timestamps).
Perhaps the system-time of the vm-image (5 days ago), wasn't synced to an NTP server, or due hibernation issues, and has catched-up in the meantime. Normally the license is working for 30days before shutting down.
Personally I haven't seen any issues with reduced usage-window.
another thing you could try is to activate the emergency licence in such an event, but keep in mind this can only be done a single-time., and buys you a limited additional usage.

it seems for me that you're using a virtual machine, in that case please keep in mind that the licence is HWbound.
Means any (major) changes on the HW settings (RAM, CPU...) can "break" the licence.
Please follow the recommendations in the FAQ to have also good results by using VM Wares.
For the licence you've please you can send to me the licence container to reactivate it.
