Problem with logging into my PLC (Connection Failure Error)!
Hello there,
I have a PLCnext Starterkit on my desk. I have installed the PLCnext Engineer software on my brand new laptop. I have connected my PLC to the computer. The PLC is turned on and the LED colors seem OK on the PLC board. I am going to put the photo of the LEDs attached to this message. I have set up the IP addresses in the PLCnext Engineer as 192.168.0.1 and I am going to put the photo attached enclosed. The status of my station in the online controllers tab is the green checkmark (I am attaching the photo to this message). The problem is that when I am trying to login to my PLC (or any time I am trying to define a connection to PLC), the connection failure error will appear below on my screen. The question is how can I access my PLCnext starterkit?
Note: I am logged out (The brown sign appears in the Plant tree) and I can not log in to my device.
Note: I will put lots of photos showing my setup in the PLCnext profile.
Thank you so much for your support.
Best,
Mehran.

the settings are correct. Do you tried to use the connect and send project to PLC buttons in PLCnext Engineer (see attached screenshot)?

Thank you so much for your help.
Yes, I have tried to connect and send the project from my computer to the PLC. But each time I am trying to do that I am receiving the connection failure error. Please see the attached screenshot.
--- As a question, do I need to have a 32-bit version of Windows installed on my laptop to run the TCP-IP protocol?
--- I have turned all my firewalls off and I don't have any anti-virus on my laptop.
Best regards,
Mehran.
is the PLC Template matching to the installed Firmware Version?
You can not!! connect with an NEW template to OLDer FW versions.
Connecting older versions of a Template to New FW Version is okay mostly but new features will be unavailable.
kind regards,
Oliver
