Alarm 1-4 Function

Hi

I am having issues using the Alarm function downloaded from the PLC next store. It seems to be holding alarm values even when the value has cleared. Is this standard function. Can you please assist? As you can see in the picture Alarm door open is not active, but it is still in the list
