Analog I/O card channel Decimal Equivalents

Can you post what the decimal equivalents are for all of the analog I/O card channel ranges for voltage and current. I do see where the analog data type is set to word and the value comes in as a hex value. So what is the integer value equivalent for all of these ranges. So, for each analog configuration. e.g 0 to 10 volts, 0 to 20mA, 4 to 20mA, etc.

Hello, You can find this information in the “Data Sheet” (i.e. the manual) for the analog I/O module, which is available on our main website - just search for the 7-digit part number of the I/O module, then on the product page click the “Downloads” tab under the product picture. I have attached the Data Sheet for AXL F AI2 AO2 1H - 2702072, which is the one that comes with the current PLCnext starter kit. From page 14, you will find the conversion tables. You can also use the ANL_AI_NORM function block (FB) in the Analog Technology FB library to help with this conversion. Hope this helps. ~ Martin. (I have also moved this thread to the PLCnext Engineer category.
