I have a 1152 PLCNext 2024.0 firmware with PLCNext Engineer 2024.0.3,(PLC 1), connected to an SCADA by OPCUA and also connected by Profinet with a PLCNext AXC F 2152 (PLC 2) working fine …at least until this morning
The PLC 1 went into fail state and obviously stop all the routines. The logs where indicating only profinet disconnections as far as i could see
I disconnected the cable from PLC 2, software-reset PLC 1, then reconnected the cable from PLC 2, and everything returned to normal.
My question is:
Is it possible that the profinet connection causes the PLC to fail? or maybe was the ethernet wire or some noise in the canalization or something else?
I searched for some electrical issues or physical connections, but everything was working correctly.
