[AXC-F 2152] Exception occurs while loading plc component 'Arp.Plc.Eclr' (2024.0.8 LTS)

Description : The AXC F 2152 PLC encountered a critical error during startup, resulting in a reset to factory settings. System logs indicate an exception occurred while loading the ‚Arp.Plc.Eclr‘ component, which may be related to this issue.

The firmware that was installed on the PLC: 2024.0.8 LTS (24.0.8.183)
Actions that were performed: The usual launch of the controller.
Here’s what I found in the logs:

What might have happened is that there was an error in the application that caused the PLCnext Runtime to enter a „restart loop“. If the Runtime cannot successfully start multiple times (6, I think) then the boot partitions are swapped, as described in the Info Center:
Operating system The PLCnext Technology control platform is based on a Linux® operating system with the OSADL real-time patch. Linux® is a highly reliable, open source operating system suitable for applications that require a high stability. A wide range of open source software is available for the Linux® operating system, which is supported by a large community of users and developers. If the firmware version on the second partition is older, then it’s likely that the PLCnext Engineer project - which was developed for a later firmware version - cannot be executed by the eCLR, leading to an error like the one in the image.
Unfortunately the Output.log file does not seem to be downloadable, but if you email it to your local Phoenix Contact office then they can help investigate the root cause of the issue.
