Hello, That looks like it could be an Early Adopter PLC … can you please tell us the 7-digit part number and the model number (e.g. AXC F …) that is printed on the housing? If you do have an Early Adopter PLC, then this is incompatible with all released versions of firmware. - Martin.

Modelnumber is AXC F 2152 (hw: 02) partnumber: 2404267

Hello, That is a strange combination of hardware (release version) and firmware (pre-release version). I guess you were given this PLC directly by your Phoenix Contact sales representiative? It would be very strange to get this firmware in a PLC that was purchased from us … If you were given this PLC by your sales representative, then please discuss this problem with them - they will know the history of this device and may have an upgrade path. In the worst case, you may need to return the PLC to the factory, via your local Phoenix Contact subsidiary. - Martin.
