Hello Jeferson,
1. Please check the system time on your device. The system time has to be correct.
2. Create a PLCnext Store Account
3. Add your device with the UUID from the device.
4. Open the internal device view an press the Button: Reset Device Communication
Is your device now able to connect to the Store?
