in our projects we are reading devices data through MODBUS TCP - remote bus coupler is AXL F BK ETH with attached IO-Link modules AXL F IOL8 2H(or AXL SE IOL4). We have got a bug with reading input process data for the device - GEA valve Control Top T.VIS® A-15 (https://www.gea.com/en/products/pumps-valves-flow-components/control-top-tvis-a15).
We have connected the valve to the first port, all setup operations are done (data size is set and etc.) - there are no errors, but we get zero process data (4 bytes with zeros). Corresponding screenshot from the browser:
