Bit Access INTEGER

What is a bit access to an INT variable for example like with a BYTE (TestByte.x1)?

Hello, Bit access is only possible with ANY_BIT variables, i.e. BYTE, WORD, DWORD and LWORD. If you want to access bits in an INT, you can convert between INT and WORD variables using the TO_WORD and TO_INT functions. Hope this helps. - Martin.

Okay, I’m a little wounded because it’s possible with other languages. Without a conversion. I’m aware it’s not IEC compliant, but a conform feature for that would be handy.
