Cannot connect to AXCF 2152

Hi everyone
I have a AXCF2152 working with a HMI, i was connected to the PLC without problem, but suddenly i stopped to communicate with it, now i cannot ping with my computer, but the PLCNext Enginner and netnames+ can connect.
The HMI is still communicating.
Days ago, i updated the firmware to FW_2023_0_0_65
I tried to change the IP with Netnames+, changed the IP in my computer, change the network adapter, change the port of the PLC, i connected direct my PC with PLC, reboot the PLC, reboot my computer, but is always the same.
With the Scan of PLCNext Engineer i have the next issue thoug:

I had a similar case and the cause was that the port was blocked by IT security. If your computer is in a company IT system, please check this case with IT colleague.
If it is a private computer, please check whether you have assigned multiple IP addresses to the network adapter and delete the ones that are not used (only set one IP address for communication with the PLC).
It is also possible to recover the PLC in PLCnextEngineer → „Cockpit“ or via „reset“ button (please find the procedure in user manual). But I assume the problem is on the IT/Network-Site.
