Hello, I am having a problem connecting to my PLC. I can ping it and I have the green check mark under status. When I try to download the project it says cannot connect to controller. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong? Thanks

Please let me know, if the problem persists. In this case I need the following information: 1. Related PLC and the FW Version 2. PLCnEng Version 3. Used PLC template in PLCnext Engineer Project. 4. 1. AXC F 2152 FW version- HW: 02 FW: 2020.0.1 LTS 2. 2021.3 3. I’m not using a template. Using a fresh basic program i created 4.My Computer: IPv4 address: 192.168.1.1 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway: 192.168.1.23 The Controller: IP: 192.168.1.10 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1 I can see the controller thru the WBM tool. I can ping it and the versions seem to match. Not sure what else to do. Thanks for your help.
The template referred to in 3 means the version of controller used in the PLCnext Engineer project. When you start a new project, you must select a PLC model and FW version. You can see this information in the PLCnext Engineer project, in the properties of the controller in the project tree. What PLC/FW version has been selected in the PLCnext Engineer project?
