Codemeter License Lost Issue

Hi,
PLCnext Engineer pops up this dialog and then quit:
network error occurred(error 100)
License: 6000217:1001000:1
image.pngIn the mean time, CodeMeter lost the license and nothing is listed:
image.pngIf I do a „Activate CodeMeter service“, PLCNext license will come back and I can work on the software normally:
image.pngimage.pngThe thing is, the warning dialog is going to pop-up and I have to activate and open the software again. It could happen every 15-20 minutes, which is annoying.
I don’t know what is triggering this license lost on CodeMeter. Could you help me with some hints or suggestions? Thanks.

the question is what’s stopping the service.
Virus scanner or energy saving settings?
Maybe you should talk to your IT department.

This is exactly the right solution for me. No license issue anymore!
My PC updated to this „Windows 11 24h2“ last month, around which this issue began to appear.
