Hello, I am currently working on a eHMI dashboard hosted on a PLCnext ACX F 2152 with PLCNext Engineer 2020.0. Making a symbol that can be used on multiple pages with changing parameters, I ran into an issue. When using the scale object, the scale maximum setting should be dynamic and connected to a parameter, but this does not seem possible. (see image) Any thoughts on how to achieve this? Michel.
I don’t think that that is possible at this stage. Also do we have to remember that this is an eHMI with limitations.. Also a dynamic scale could mess up your major and minor ticks - something you have to remember. i will have a look at it tomorrow and see, if there is maybe a workaround to give you this option. Personally I’m more a Visu+ fan. Still some after effects from working with WebVisit. But the eHMI has made some big steps in the right direction.
Hi Michel, Peter is correct. The official answer is: “Currently these two paramters can only accept a numberic value. It is not possible to program a variable or assign a parameter to these fields.” ~ Martin.
