Embed an external page within a hmi page

Hi, is it possible to embed a external html page within a hmi page. The external page is also hosted on the plc next. I do not want to open a new link or have a button where I can open the external page. I want an existing page with plc data on with a div box with a external page shown into it. Hi David, Sorry for the late reply to this question. We have had customers do this by creating their own web pages and including the site in an iframe. Unfortunately there are currently no features in PLC Next Engineer to accomplish this. Regards,

Hello fellow users, Is there any development on this item? I do need this. The workaround with an iFrame probably won’t work for me. Although I’m interested to see how others handled this problem. Kind regards, Wilco

Hi meewis, we’ve it on our list, but the implementation is not at hand as we have not that many requests for this feature. To your other question. Well, as we’ve not that many requests for this feature we have not that much feedback how others are dealing with that. What we know is, that some users with web developer background just creates their own html5 visu using the nginx webserver on the device. Have a great weekend, Frank

Hi Wilco,

A requirement for this feature was created in March 2021, but it has not yet been scheduled for development. So, I am afraid that there is no progress to report on this topic (sorry).

Then I wonder did anybody made a workaround to achieve this?
