Encodermotor mit AXL SE INC1 ASYM in PLCnext Engineer

Guten Tag, ich arbeite auf einer Anlage mit einem Encodermotor 24V von Fischertechnik. Bei dem Encodermotor handelt es sich um permanent erregte Gleichstrommotoren. Bei dem hier verwendeten Encoder-Motor können Wegstrecke mit einem Quadratur-Encoder (Signal A, B) ermittelt werden: (Siehe PDF-Datei „144643-Encodermotor24V“ im Anhang). Um die Positionen dieses Encodermotors zu erfassen, habe ich dafür die ausgewählte Axioline Smart Elements, Positionserfassungsmodul, Inkrementalgebereingang AXL SE INC1 ASYM (Art. 1182155): (Siehe PDF-Datei „Encodereingang Aysm“ im Anhang). Zum Testen habe ich einen Inkremental-Encoder mit dem Positionserfassungsmodul (Phoenix Contact) richtig angeschlossen, genauso wie im Datenblatt beschrieben: (Siehe Foto „Anschluss praktisch“ im Anhang). Die zugehörige Datenliste und Parameter von AXL SE INC1 ASYM in PLCnext Engineer sind so aufgezeigt: (Siehe Foto „PLCnext Engineer Inkremental-Modul“ im Anhang). Ich habe 'ne Schwierigkeit bei der Programmierung, also. Die Zählerwerte der Inkremental-Encoder abzulesen, auszuwerten und mit den Prozessdaten-Elementen zu verbinden. Unfortunately we only correspond in English on this international community forum. :slight_smile: In order to transfer process data between the I/O module and the control program, the control program should include IN PORT and OUT PORT variables corresponding to the OUT PORT and IN PORT variables (respectively) that are available on the I/O module. The ports can then be connected between the I/O module and the Program instance, in the Port List window in PLCnext Engineer. Once you have the port variables connected, then the contents of those variables are described in the technical documentation for the I/O module, which is available on our website.
