Error 16#C213 while connecting to Azure

Dear all

I have followed the youtube tutorial available (How to connect PLCnext control to Microsoft Azure via Node.js SDK). Every step was successful till the very end when I run the code, I get an error of 16#C213. I understand that this error means 16#C213 The remote host is actively refusing a connection which I have seen in another comment but for another problem. Now i am stuck to what I should do next or how to proceed Setup:
AXC F 2152
Dedicated router for PC and PLC
Azure account with active subscription
PLCnext Engineer with Github code from the video

Hello ziadamr, I am assuming you are using the example, but if not please attach a screenshot of the code so I can see what you have ? Which block is showing this error, Is it the key function block or the TCP client block? Make sure the IP address in both the key block and the TCP client block match the IP address assigned to the controller (No spaces or leading zeros).

Hello Dan,

Thank you for replying, I am using the same exact example found in the video, changed my IP to the PLC’s IP and can successfully build and run. when debugging I get the error in the output of the AZURE_KEY_01 block in the wDiagCode. Everything is setup the same as the tutorial except for the strAzureKey which I went through several times to check and the IP address of my PLC
I tried another network connection (assuming it was the problem) but to no avail

Ziadamr, If that block is showing the error then it can not communicate with the script in Linux. Are you sure you chose the correct download option from the shell script? Also, have you tried rebooting the controller after the installation as explained in the video? Thanks!

Yes for both questions, I have followed the tutorials to every detail so that I don’t get errors but I would still get errors in my connection to the Azure services, also tested with several network connections to try and get a new result but i keep reaching the same result

Ziadamr, I ran the script on my controller and have no issues with the Key function block. What IP address is the PLCnext set to?
