Error Code 500 After Save the Draft

Hi AppStore experts, after I edit and save a draft, I return to Software Products and get the message：

Oops! Something went wrong!
Status Code: 500.
I want to publish a library, but I can’t get into Software Products anymore, even restarting my computer doesn’t work.

The issue you have with entering your profile is not related to the PLCnext Store. We are already working on a solution.
The original issue reported by liqunzhao is already solved in direct contact with the user.
