Ethercat master and bus coupler

We have an Axioline Ethercat Bus coupler which has connection to multiple AXL F DI16/4 2F modules. We are trying to control the modules from our ethercat master and was looking for means to send a PDI write command using the write tunnel on the bus coupler, but then the command does not get through. Is there some sample commands that I could find some where, for initiating some operation, for example turning on the DI

As this question is unrelated to PLCnext Technology, the best way to get support is the usual way - through your local Phoenix Contact subsidiary. When you contact them, please include the answers to the following questions: Which EtherCat Master is in use? Which Software is used to program the master? Are there only DIs connected to the Buscoupler? Please note:
[]DI is an input - you can not switch it on over process Data or PDI. []Normaly you should not use PDI read and write commands. []You can use the ESI Device Description and then work directly with the process data of the modules. []You can set DIs using +24VDC on the input terminal, and then see the status of the DI in the process data.
(ref: 208975)

Thanks Martin for your answer. We have contacted the local team and we are still awaiting responses from them. Meanwhile, there is a correction in my question. We have AXL F DOR4/2 AC/220DC 1F in our system and not a DI. Since this module has digital input and output, I assume it should be possible to control the DO through the PDI write channel. Now, when we contacted the local team, they have forwarded this question to a team in Germany. Do you by any chance have some contacts who could help us with this ? Thanks for your understanding and any help on this. We are using Ethercat master provided by etherlab.

Hi joec, we have different specialist support teams here in Germany for different product groups. If you give your local support contact the reference number „208975“ (which is a reference in our internal technical support system), they will see that the I/O Systems specialists here in Germany are already aware of your case, so hopefully they can give your support contact the answers you need, fairly quickly. Alternatively, if you are happy to tell us what country you are in, and with your permission, I can make sure that the connection has been made between your local support people and the I/O specialists here. Sorry that we can’t offer more help directly in the PLCnext Community forum.

Hi Martin, thanks again for your support. We are based in Stockholm Sweden (Corpower Ocean) and my team is already in contact with your local contact in Stockholm. We were told that our request would be forwarded to the team in Germany. We are hoping to have an early solution to this question. But then thanks again for offering to help us by ensuring that the case has reached the correct department.
