Fatal Error: SIGSEGV from Output.log

What does this event from output.log file mean? 12.04.18 22:55:48.491 Arp.Plc.Esm.Internal.TaskBase FATAL - Signal ‘SIGSEGV’ occured in task ‘Task1’ 12.04.18 22:55:48.491 Arp.Plc.Domain.Internal.PlcManager ERROR - Exception occured: stopping Plc asynchronously. This freezes my PLCNext when I insert a C++ Library program in my Project and try to download to the controller.

Hello Eduardo,

I assume the failure is caused by “FATAL - Signal ‘SIGSEGV’” Error. Please check your C++ Programm as follows:

1. Connection of OUT_Port and IN_Port variables (is the IN_Port variable connected to two OUT_Port variables)?
2. Do you use any pointer in your C++ application (dereferencing a null pointer or try to modify the readonly memory, via pointer)?

Please check your source code and .gds configuration file. If you don’t find any failure, we can start the fastviewer session and analyze your program together. Thaks & Best Regards Eduard

Problem solved. I didn’t realize I need to build my C++ Project again with the New Firmware 1.02 SDK at Eclipse. Everything is working fine. Thank you!
