Hi all, We are using the FB ITL_SNTP_Client_3 from the IT_LIBRARY_11 library (https://www.plcnextstore.com/1144). This FB is really handy when it comes to NTP synchronize a AXC F 2152. Yet, we face the following problem. When sending request to a specific NTP server we are able to freeze the FB completely. Essentially, we trigger multiple request to the server and the FB end up with a KissOfDeath code and remains completely frozen. This kind of error should indeed be handled but we do not know how to unfreeze the FB after such event. You can find a screenshot of the FB attached to this message. Looking at the change log of the library it really sounds like the same issue fix between the version 3 and 4: Stuck in state 997 in case of error. Has anyone encounter the same issue or know how we could get some help from the Library author ? Thanks for your help ! Have a nice day.
There is a „Contact“ button on the PLCnext Store page that you linked. This allows you to send a message directly to the library developers. If you prefer not to use that option, please let us know.
Hi @Martin PLCnext Team# Thanks for your reply. As suggested I sent a message to the Dev Team of the Library. I hope we will get an answer. Yet, maybe we could let the current post live a bit more… Maybe somebody will react on the subject
Have a nice day.
