Hi, i am new to PNE. I am trying to open Help. When i select “view help”, the moving disk appears like it is about to open something, then nothing happens.
I do not know if this is associated, but the same thing happens when i try and open WBM (Web based management)

Hi subcom,
that sounds like an issue with your internet browser. Which default browser do you use on your OS?
I, for example, use Edge and WBM/Help is opened as a new tab there.
