Hi Team,
We have one of these units and are finding every time the unit is disconnected from power, it will not perform correctly until we validate the time of which reboots the unit.
As the unit is remote, we are unable to currently validate if indeed it is just a time and date issue. After perusing

                                          1. Which battery does the unit use for RTC?
                                          2. Why do none of the manuals provide this information?

We have two of these units out there, both performing in the same way. Hopefully someone else has had a similar experience and can shed some light?
