I have a network set up with 1-AXC F 3152 and 10-AXL F BK PN TPS, how can I configure the IP addresses and name of stations directly on the AXL F BK PN TPS.

I’m not sure that’s possible. If you set the IP address using something like NetNames, then I think the BK includes a Web-Based Management feature that you should be able to access using a browser. Otherwise, the BK is a Profinet device that should generally be configurable in the same way as other Profinet devices, i.e. the device is given a Station Name via DCP (using a tool like Netnames), and the IP address is then set by the Profinet Controller when it starts up.
