Hello Colleague I want to know that how to configure AXL SE IOL4 communication with AXC F 2152. I am trying to connect AXL SE IOL4 and PSR MC42 via IO-Link. However, IO-Link communication does not start even if connected by cables. I can’t see active LED on AXL SE IOL4(CQ1) and MC42(COM). (LED status is OK on SE base module) I think that need to configure IO-Link setting to AXL SE IOL4 module. Does it need to use a PDI function block on AXC F 2152 ? Or is there another way? Hi ttakenaka, first of all sorry for the delay. I’ve spoke with a college of mine and it seems that the port is not even configured as IO-Link port.
If so the LED should at least show any activity (please check back for the detail states of the LED the datasheet). You can easily configure the SE module by using PLCnext Engineer according to the screenshot below.
So, PLCnext Engineer takes care for the basic configuration and operation. If you need access for any special object, you can use the PDI functionblocks available in PLCnext Engineer Take care Frank
