HTML File Download

I want to implement a file download feature using a dedicated “support HTML file”, in order for the maintenance user to be able to retreive the Output.log file before sending it to customer support. The HTML file looks like the “DownloadRequest.jpg” attached below. But the received “OutputA.log” text file content is not the expected one (see OutputA.log.jpg attached file). What should I change to the HTML file or ngnix config for this download to succed ? * I login to the HMI using the “admin” user, with all the privileges enabled in WBM.

Adding the following lines (as root user) to the /etc/nginx/nginx.conf file did the job: location /downloads/logs {

alias /opt/plcnext/logs;
types {}

add_header X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN;
} In the HTML side, the reference tag will contains something like this: href=“/downloads/logs/Output.log” I would apreciate to know if I broked any security issue here. Thanks.
