I can't connect to epc1502 with ssh

I used to have a good ssh connection, but I built and ran a custom app I made myself (ex. plcnextapp create [appdirectory_name] [app_name]),
but I can’t connect to epc1502 with ssh.
The power is connected and the LAN line is connected, what’s the problem?
Is it possible to reset epc1502 without accessing ssh?

Hello Park,
can you ping the PLC? Is the IP address known?
If yes, then it should be possible to establish the ssh-connection. Or you can open the WBM (type IP-address in your Browser) and execute the recover function in WBM-Cockpit.
If not, please start the PLCnEng and search for devices in PLCnEng „cockpit“-Sheet (see project node in PLANT-Area). If the IP-address is assigned, you can establish the ssh-connection or/and execute the recover-function in PLCnEng cockpit.

192.168.1.10 is not pinged
The wbm also doesn’t work.
There was no problem until I installed the app.
Is there any other way to access plc other than ssh?

Hello Park,
please try the folliwng options:

                              1. Please check if the Boot-Process will be executed (connect the monitor to Display Port of IPC).
                              2. After boot process, please try to scan the IPC in PLCnEng or NetNames+ to find out the IP-Address (please try to connect to both ETH-Port's). If you have a access to WBM, you can recover the IPC.
                              3. If the IPC isn't booting, please contact the Phoenix Contact Sales and Repair Department in your country for repair or replacement.
