I’m having issues connected to the PLCnext for a new piece of equipment we received. I’ve set up a static IP address. I’m not sure what else to do to troubleshoot.
I’m using npcap 1.6 due to a Profinet error message. Since install 1.6, this error no longer comes up.
It looks like you’ve configured the IP address of the PLCnext Control device to the same IP address as the Ethernet adapter of the PC running PLCnext Engineer. Those need to be different.

What is the pattern of LEDs on the PLCnext Control device?
If you’re able to pick any IP address on the PC running PLCnext Engineer, can you try changing it to something in the network 192.168.1.0/24, and set the IP address of the PLC in PLCnext Engineer to 192.168.1.10 ? That’s the default IP address of the PLCnext Control device out of the box, so you should be able to connect on that IP address without scanning the network.
