Hello, i’m trying to install te app, but my downloading freezes to 50%… I’m using 2019.3 FW on AXCF2152 Someone has never tested it ? Greetings Fabrizio

Hello Fabrizio, I’ve tried it myself right now and it perfectly worked. Ixon installed The PLCnext Store currently doesn’t refresh the page by itself. Did you try to refresh the page? If this is not the problem, could you please show us the logfile of your AXC? Best regards, Daniel

Hello Daniel,

I’ve tried with a 2nd AXCF2152 with same FW2019.3 and it worked.
(Only issue now is that IXON ask me for 120€ paymet to insert the registered device, I’m in contact with them to have a demo ID code) 2019 05 23 10 46 20 Window I’m sure it wasn’t a refresh issue.
I’m going to check better 1st device again an I’ll keep you informed. Greetings

Hello Daniel, about the 50% freezing downloading, I fixed it : I needed to make an HW Reset Type 1..and reinstall it. Greetings Fabrizio

Hello Daniel, here I’m again…I would like install the IXON on my AXCF2152 (2019.3) where I’ve already installed PLCnext project running and Node RED with project running. It’s my Demo Panel I’m using with customers . I’ve the same problem during downloading :I use the same procedure but it stops at 50% and now I don’t want to use an Hardware reset because It erases all projects. Hello Fabrizio, it looks like you PLC can not reach the cloud. Its Offline so you can not install the App.. Check this FAQ how to procede after a reset ect…

Dear Oliver, it was a wrong pictures, but the result was the same, now I attached correct pictures , it stops at 50%. and it oesn’t install all app. I can’t reset because it erases node-red application, FW is 2019.3 I can’t use last 2019.6 because I’m using safety Bridge. 2019 08 06 12 32 03 PLCnext Store
