I’m here again, please help me , I red the istructions to setup the OPC UA Server on PLCnext for IXON client data log etcc , (Where Have I to set no-encription for OPC UA ? in the PLCnext Engineering ) but it doesn’t work wit my settings, and I don’t discovery where. * I'm using AXCF2152 (FW 2020), i tested with VPN actived as showed and not actived.
* I opened my mguard firewall incominig/outgoing paket, that I use as gateway.
* I activated the demo license and I've only 30 days to test it.

* do you think i need START firewall or not ? I gues if I disable it everything is allowed.
I leave only table ip filter enabled. I set incominig/outgoing accept all connections on mguard
* Why have I to set opc.tcp://discovery.example.com server and not ixon server ?
* I’m using Vodafone with standard APN, could it be possibile that our provider blocks packet incominig on my SIM from IXON or what else ?
I tell you this because many years ago we had some mistakes about that and we used m2mbis.vodafone.it as apn, the difference is that it’s bidirectional and I can access from internet to my SIM. With VPN actived we don’t should have this issue, but opc.tcp://discovery.example.com is not in nthe VPN. Warmest greetings, Fabrizio
Dear All, thanks to my colleaugue Davide we discovered the issue, to remove cryptography for OPC UA server , we need to unflag **User Authentication ** from AXCF2152 WBM and reboot. I’ts not my preferite solution don’t using any authentification, but now it works. Greetings Fabrizio
