Hi, Is it possible to communicate PLCNext with Matlab without the “PC WORX TARGET FOR SIMULINK” software?
Hi Cris, If you want to execute the Simulink model on a PLCnext Control device, then you will need the PCWORX TARGET FOR SIMULINK software. If not … then depending on what device you’re running the Simulink model on, and what Matlab add-ons you have, you might be able to use something like OPC UA or Modbus/TCP to exchange data with a PLCnext Control device.
