I installed PLCnext Engineer 2024.6 on my windows 11 PC.
And when i open it i get this message
Am i missing something else?

Could you first check the version of Codemeter? The last version is 8.40. If you have an older one please install the lastest one from User Software - Wibu-Systems.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, deactivate firewalls and virusscanners and re-install PLCnext Engineer.
Please let us know if you still have problems after these steps.
