Node-red installation

We use node-red to speak with the KNX protocol.
We find it unstable and most of the time not running correctly.
My question is:
Is this because we didn't configure the installation correctly or is it because of another reason?

Can you give some more details of your problems?

If the problem is the installation of node-red, the installation on docker or balenaEngine may be a good alternative. For me this is working very well and stable and the installation is a matter of a few minutes.
