Hello PLCNext Team! I need a help regarding OPC UA and UA Expert connection. The connection was already working fine. It was my turn to install and integrate CODESYS for the PLCNext. Unfortunately this did not work smoothly and I had to reset the controller once. Now I have the problem not to be able to establish a connection with the OPC UA server. What could be the reason for this. Thanks for the help!
How did you reset the controller? Both type 1 and type 2 resets clear all user settings from the PLC. The IP address will be restored to factory settings - 192.168.1.10 - and any PLCnext Engineer project on the PLC will be deleted. Did you change the IP address back to the one you want, and did you download the PLCnext Engineer project again after the reset?
Hello Martin, thank you for the quick reply. I have reseted the controller with Type 2. Yes I have done that. The PLC project works fine so far and also the HMI function. When I ping the IP address 192.168.1.10, it is also found.
I think the OPC UA settings in PLCNext Engineer are correct.
