Hello, I am using PLCEngineer 2019.9. Communication with the PLC is never 100% solid, but it was working fine for me, until today that I started to get these errors: “A communication error occurred while updating online values” I was not doing any modification (no forces, not editing the program, not downloading, etc.) so what does it mean? How to avoid it? Thanks.

Could you answer the following questions, please: -Does the error message only appear when opening the PLCnEng project or is it appear by establishing the connection or in debug mode?
-Does the error message depend on the debug values?
-Does something not work or does you just get a error message?
-Can you connect to the controller?
-Do you see any error messages in log file?

Thanks Eduard, Strangely enough, I replaced the PLC with a new one (for unrelated reasons), downloaded same project and now I don’t get those errors anymore! But to answer some of your questions: -Does the error message only appear when opening the PLCnEng project or is it appear by establishing the connection or in debug mode? I opened PLCnEng project and established connection, seemed ok, but then a few minutes later I got the error. I connected again and same results
-Does the error message depend on the debug values? I am not sure, many of my variables were changing but nothing very different from few days before (when that didn’t happen) or now with the new PLC
-Does something not work or does you just get a error message? Just Error Message. And I connect again manually and all appears OK for a few minutes
-Can you connect to the controller? Yes. Always
-Do you see any error messages in log file? I didn’t check all the messages. Probably I should had.
-Which FW is used on the AXC and which PLCnext Engineer version? FW = 2019.9 and PLCnEnginer = 2019.9 build 3.18.50.0 I will keep an eye on this now that I have another PLC. Thank you.
