Hi all, today I received a brand new PLCNext AXC F 1152 but I cant run it. When I plug it to my 24v power supply BOOT led blinks (at 1Hz aprox). Sometimes, the D led brights yellow (sometimes it turns off). And thats all. It doesnt respond to 192.168.1.10 ping What can i do?
Hello jorcoval, please check first the 24V Power Supply voltage and the voltage stability under load (Power of 24V/2A should be enough). If the Power Supply is OK, you can reset your controller via reset button. Please execute Reset Type 1 first. If the issue will be not resolved, execute the Reset Type 2. Please see the description in user manual (Point: 3.11 Reset button) for AXCF1152. After reboot the LED “RUN” should light “Green” permanently. If the faulure will be not resolved, please contact your distribution partner for replacing the PLC. Thanks & Best Regards Eduard
