I am looking to use a 2152 controller to communicate with a Siemens TP700 Comfort Panel and if so what would that look like? I did find the GSDML file and imported that.

Siemens Comfort panel has WEB browser. Is it possible to get eHMI access through this , but you lost comfort of design HMI in WinCC. You can set this browser address to IP of PLCnext.
You don’t need any GSDML, the HMI is not visible inside PLCnext.
