Hi Helton, The firmware download section of the website appears to be online now. Perhaps there was a temporary outage for maintenance. There are instructions on how to update the firmware in the Info Center, here: https://www.plcnext.help/te/WBM/Administration_Firmware_Update.htm If you are having problems downloading the firmware for your PLC, please let us know the model of the PLC (e.g. AXC F 2152). ~ Martin.
I also trying to download Firmware but it is stil offline.
Hmm, it was definitely up when I checked a few times today, but I am now seeing the same „unavailable“ message. If the problem persists, I will follow this up with our IT people. Sorry for the inconvenience. ~ Martin.
